Health Awards

Childwall Sports College held its first ever Health Awards evening and we were delighted to have Michael Bennett ex St. Helens Rugby League player who is also and England international. Michael was part of the St. Helens team which won both Challenge Cup and League Honours.

We were also thrilled to be joined by Tony Garboletto coach to the Everton and Basketball squads.

Students from Childwall were presented with awards which included Gold Duke of Edinburgh, Health Representatives, Liverpool Half Marathon runners and various competition winners in the field of health.

"Our Health evening was an outstanding success, as a Specialist Sports College we are committed to developing the most comprehensive Health curriculum. The awards evening clearly identified the strength of our health programme at Childwall Sports College."
