Year 9 Catering & Enterprise Challenge
Year 9 catering pupils took part in an enterprise challenge at the Liverpool Academy College. The purpose of the activity was to design a restaurant and a menu whilst planning the design of the restaurant, costs and promotion techniques. Each group presented their sales to a panel of judges which resulted in Childwall Sports College coming in at a well deserved second place.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and it certainly enhanced their knowledge and understanding of the catering business. The students were a credit to Childwall.
