Science Olympics
Four Y9 students, Nicole Hindley, Medhi Jafarzadeli, Daniel Wilson and Emma Noon attended Liverpool University for the Aimhigher Science Olympics Final.
The Science Olympics is a day-long experience. It is a challenge competition where teams compete against each other in various Science based events. The Childwall team competed against teams from Merseyside and Cheshire. This event encourages team-working skills and develops students’ problem-solving techniques, as well as promoting the understanding and enjoyment of Science.
