Mersey Tigers Partnership

Childwall Sport’s College is delighted to announce the signing of a contract with the Mersey Tigers (Formerly known as Everton Tigers). The contract means that an elite basketball academy is to be established at Childwall Sports College which will see the establishment and development of a squad of basketball players, both male and female, who will be challenging for national honours, in all age groups but particularly post 16. Students from across Merseyside have been enrolled at the academy in addition to Childwall Sports College’s best basketball players. In addition to high quality coaching from Tony Garbellotto and Phil McLoughlin of the Mersey Tigers students will also complete appropriate academic courses at Childwall Sports College.
