Enterprising Students at Childwall

Recently all 220 Year 9 students at Childwall Sports College took part in an Enterprise Day arranged by Miss Jacqui Maddock who is the school’s Work Related Learning & Enterprise Co-ordinator. Students were divided into groups and worked on the theme of the Olympic values in line with Childwall status as a Specialist Sports College. Groups took on each of the values in turn which included determination, teamwork and honesty. Students who were involved in the range of P.E. and Sport activities were put through their paces in a series of exercises designed to measure students’ response time and commitment to the Enterprise activities. Students thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt the advantages of collaboration and support for each other.
