Super Shakespeare
A range of pupils from across Key Stage 3 attended Liverpool Hope University’s 'Shakespeare at Hope' festival during the last fortnight of the summer term. Actors from the Cambridge Shakespeare Company impressed the audiences with productions of Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing. The plays, held in the campus Library Quad, were performed in original Elizabethan costumes and were faithful to Shakespeare’s texts. All pupils involved thoroughly enjoyed the productions and were a credit to the school.
